Travel Fees
• Within Gaston County: 5-10 miles free of charge, 10 miles or more $10.
• Outside Gaston County: $25
Travel fees are agreed upon before the appointment.
Loan Signing Services
• Standard Loan Signing Package (up to 150 pages): $100
• Additional Pages: $25 per 50 additional pages.
• Scanback/Document Return Services: $25
• Printing Fee: $25 for standard loan package.
• Expedited/Same-Day Loan Signing: $50 extra
Other Services
• General Power of Attorney Notarization: $50 (includes travel within Gaston County).
• Estate Documents (Wills, Trusts): $100 (includes travel and up to 5 notarized signatures).
Policies
1. Cancellation Fee: $50 if canceled within 2 hours of the appointment.
2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
